These brand new accessible holiday cottages are welcoming to all ages and abilities. Located within the Heart of England forest and neighbouring the Coughton Court National Trust estate. 

Three Award Winning purpose built disabled adapted holiday cottages, available throughout the year for short breaks and long stays. Built and run by a family with their own disabled daughter, with a attention to detail to ensure that Windmill Barns is fully accessible. 

Our vision is one of inclusivity, a centre of excellence for everyone and much-needed facilities where you can spend time with friends and family, making memories to last a lifetime. 

All have private hot tubs with tracks / hoists over, so they are the perfect accommodation for exciting holidays set within beautiful countryside.

Support staff are on call / on site throughout your stay, to assist in any way possible.

Up to 3 dogs permitted (above 12 months old).

Our wheelchair-friendly cottages offer superb facilities for disabled visitors and their families, and provide the perfect rental accommodation for accessible holiday makers looking to access the Cotswolds and the Warwickshire countryside.

Superb disabled access & facilities - accessible hot tubs - 2 and 3 bed options, sleeping up to 6 persons per cottage. Wheelchair lifts, tracked hoists, profiling beds and wet room bathing are available in all our cottages.

The Cateys Accessibility Award recognises hospitality businesses that go above and beyond to accommodate people with disabilities and special needs. The award is open to UK hotels, pubs, restaurants, foodservice contracts and other hospitality operations that provide equal customer service to all customers. The winner must demonstrate that they meet or exceed the requirements of the Equality Act.

The Cateys are the highest official awards for UK businesses, established by royal warrant in 1965.   

The awards are held in partnership with P&O Cruises and are judged by a panel of industry peers.
